We only process your data in strict compliance with the protective provisions of Swiss data protection and telecommunications law.
Statistical evaluations are only made anonymously. Your data stored on our servers will be kept with all due care and protected against access by third parties to the best of our knowledge and belief with professional diligence.
Only those employees who need to have access to your data in order to fulfil their tasks have access to it.
We do not pass on your data to third parties.
You have a right to information about your data stored with us at any time.

Registration
We will confirm your registration by e-mail.

Terms of payment
Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt without deduction in euros, unless otherwise stated on the invoice, at the latest on the day of the visit. From then on, interest shall be charged at 8 percentage points above the base interest rate.

Provision of services and reservation of right of withdrawal
We reserve the right to make changes to the content and timing of the event programme and the composition of the speakers. NEUE MEDIENGESELLSCHAFT ZURICH has the right to withdraw from the contract if the number of exhibitors and sponsors required for the economic realization of the event is not reached, if the main organizer does not carry out the event, or if there are other reasons beyond the control of NEUE MEDIENGESELLSCHAFT ZURICH which make it impossible to carry out the event. In this case, the visitor will be informed immediately and any payment already made will be refunded immediately. Further claims by the visitor are excluded, unless NEUE MEDIENGESELLSCHAFT ZURICH is guilty of intent or gross negligence.

Cancellation/rebooking
You can cancel your registration free of charge within 14 days of booking; in this case, already paid participation fees will be refunded within 30 days. Cancellation must be made in writing (by e-mail) to Eventbrite, kundenservice@eventbrite.de. Alternatively, you can reply to your order confirmation email. A replacement participant can be named at any time free of charge.
